CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICIES FOR TOURS TO THE GUNA YALA ISLANDS (SAN BLAS).
To guarantee the reservation of the tourist service, a deposit of at least USD50 of the total value of the excursion, plan or tour will be requested in advance and the remaining amount must be paid in cash on the day of the tour.
Please note our refund amounts for cancellations made during the following time frames:
1. If the client requests the cancellation of the tour package 3 days or more in advance, we will refund the full amount paid*.
2. If the customer requests cancellation of the tour package 2 days or less, we will not make any refund.
3. If Mola Nega Adventures cancels a guest's visit when it is unsafe to tour the islands, a full refund may be issued. Tours may only be rescheduled or cancelled in the event of adverse weather conditions resulting in closure by the authorities. The guest may decide to change the date or request a full refund.
*During the refund process, we reserve the right to charge the customer for bank transfer fees and other payment methods (credit or debit card).
When the client books any service or tour with us, the client agrees, understands and accepts the policies, terms and conditions of Mola Nega Adventures.
