CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICIES FOR GUNA YALA ISLANDS (SAN BLAS) TOURS.
To garantee the tour service, a deposit of at least USD50 per person of the total cost of the excursion, plan or tour must be paid in advance, and the remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the tour.
Please note our refund amounts for cancellations made during the following periods:
1. If the client requests the cancellation of the tourist package 3 days or more in advance, we will refund the entire amount paid*.
2. If the client requests the cancellation of the tourist package 2 days or less, we will not make any refund.
3. If Mola Nega Adventures cancels the visit of the guests when it is unsafe to make the tour of the islands, the full refund can be made. The tours can only be rescheduled or canceled in case of adverse weather conditions that imply the closure by the authorities. The guest can decide whether to change the date or request a full refund.
*During the reimbursement process, we reserve the right to invoice the customer for bank transfer costs and other means of payment (credit or debit card).
When the client books any service or tour with us, the client agrees, understands and accepts the policies, terms and conditions of Mola Nega Adventures.
